Pwc -17 fix +2lk joining bonus + 20per variable pay
Capegemini- 19.8fix + 2.2 variable + 50k joining bonus

So I got 2 offers, 1 at a well-known firm (that I previously worked at, not as an atty) that offered 80K plus full benefits (100% health coverage, PTO, sick days, discretionary bonus & 1800 billable req.) Their a little old school in their methods but I do see the younger gen. coming in to make changes. 2nd offer is at a newer firm however i’ve heard great things, and they offered 80k, unl. PTO, 1500 billable hours, bonus incentives qrtrly, & 50% health ins. WHY can’t I make a decision? HELP

I will be starting Accenture Federal (AFS) soon as a Data engineering associate.

I was provided the opportunity to gain a MFST cert and obtain a bonus before I start.

If anyone else has done this, either ACN or AFS, how much did they expect you to "utilize" those skills upon starting? I have 0 YOE in data engineering and I have no clue what I'm even doing in these learning paths, scared for the exam! I just dont want my team to think I'm an 'expert', as I have a lot to learn still.

Senior Staff Consultant (Engineering) in a M->HCOL with 15 YOE currently making 95k. I feel I am underpaid. I am from another country working in the USA on an O1 visa. Can it be that my company is "using" that to their advantage? How do I approach this conversation? When I signed and agreed to my salary in March 2021 before coming over, costs in the USA in general (especially homes) were significantly lower than what they are now, effectively changing the value of my salary significantly.

I’ve been verbally offered a position at a new company, but the recruiter insists on getting a verbal acceptance before sending the offer in writing. This person insists on negotiating salary before sending the paperwork. Generic benefits, RSUs, bonus info have been provided; it’s all unofficial.

POV: 2 and s half months into a new job: position internal sales support. Request of SM to find all potential customers in 2 main areas of sales and send them the information of companies name as well as contact name and sort the info from most important company to least, all from scratch.
The SM knows I am new to the industry and have no previous experience in it.
Is this something normal to ask to have done? Is it normal to give a few days to hand in the requested information?
