30 to 35. The work I do these days doesn't require me to be in the office all the time. It requires that I'm on the phone late at night, which I usually do from home.

Not consulting related but looking for advice- I just had (what I assume to be) an extremely painful lower back spasm that caused me to fall to the ground. Thankfully I wasn’t home alone when it happened and my partner was able to help me get to the couch and I’m now using a heating pad which is helping a little. Has anyone ever experienced this before/any suggestions on alleviating it? I’m in my late 20s, sometimes have back pain but nothing like this and not sure what caused it

Hi,

I am looking to learn more about the NPI program manager role at
Apple. Specifically want to understand the following:

1. What's exactly the day to day beyond the fluff job post?
2. What skills will be considered critical to be successful in the role?
3. How is success defined in the role?
4. What does the career progression look like?
5. What background is considered desirable for this role? Can one get into this role without prior background in NPI?

Thanks in advance!
