Got an offer for lv 5 role. I have 6 yrs of experience in data science. Current CTC is 19LPA + 2 lpa variable. How much do you think I can ask for.

How much package a person can expect in Mindtree with around 11.7 yrs of experience for C5 band- Project Manager position? Not including variable.
