Offered $115K with a $5K sign on bonus for a senior position in risk at a similar consulting firm. I had noted in the beginning I had previously received a $120K offer from a bank that I had declined because it was a hybrid role. Since this is a remote role, I'd be happy with this amount but I was wondering if I should negotiate. 6 years of experience, no license, NY. As I have seen getting billability is not in our hands, for some weeks I'm not billable at all or you can say on bench. I'm getting billability on weekly basis. Even in a week I'm 50% billable which anyway going to hamper utilisation %. But still part of the project.
