AVOID AGODA AT ALL COSTS. First they only had interview times 7pm to 3am, none during working hours. Then come interview time, I wait 3+ minutes in no one shows up and then I get an automatic email saying the interview has been canceled. I also then get an auto email saying they moved on but the recruiter emails a few minutes later saying they are trying to reschedule. A waste of my time and money preparing, putting on makeup, outfit and contacts, and skipping dinner.

Should I expect any specific questions during an introduction call with a recruiter? I have a call setup with a BSG recruiter and just wondering if I should prepare for any interview type questions?

I have built social media and influencer programs for starts up for the last 8 years. I recently had a very unprofessional experience recently going through an interview process. I had 3 rounds of interviews already, did an amazing case, my last interview was scheduled with the CMO, the day before the interview I am told that the CMO wants someone who has big brand experience like Taco Bell or Nike. It blew my mind because this is a start-up too & that my qualifications don’t even matter.

Ive made several bad moves in a row and have ignored/glossed over red flags and not listened to my gut and im determined to not let it happen again. I had an interview today and got a few possible red flags. Anyone have thoughts? I only got through about half of my questions and didnt get to ask about management style, but ill ask about work env etc in subsequent interviews.

Hello! I have 9 years total of healthcare experience and 5 years of that I was a Residential supervisor for a brain injury rehabilitation. I don’t have a degree only college credits I’m trying to obtain a Psychology degree. I’ve been applying to countless jobs on Indeed and barely get an call backs for an interview. I’d say out of the 50 jobs I applied for I only got 4 interviews. Is anyone else extremely frustrated with being out of work? :(

Hey All. I had my 2nd round interviews for a Lead Solution Engineer role at Salesforce on Monday (2 days ago). It was w/ 2 separate SEs, and I thought both interviews went very well. Have yet to hear from the recruiter, though, which seems odd. Especially given how responsive the recruiter's been prior to this.

A previous employer reached out and offered me a Senior Product Designer role with a 40% increase base salary. I am considering this, as I have been feeling under utilized at my current role + dealing with of uncertainty lately. But I would be forfeiting a lot of RSUs if I leave. I am in the middle of my vesting period (2/4 yrs), and this year alone would have 256 shares vesting (~$500 share price). The new role will come with shares, but at a small share price. Thoughts… offer received from FAANG. The HM was to connect w/ me & didn’t reach out. I sent another email and then connected. Red flag 1. The lack of follow up. Next sent email on a question & said would get back to me ASAP. 10 days later, no response. Red flag 2. I sent another email & also asked about my first day as I have no agenda and need them to set up laptop. No response. My 1st day is Monday. Red flag 3? I know they are busy but should I be worried?
