Avoid ITC Infotech, especially the EDI and SMIS teams. The work culture is toxic, with a "slave culture" mentality. Management is unprofessional, HR is ineffective, and appraisals and bonuses are often delayed. Salaries are low, benefits are minimal, and the welcome kit is disappointing. Weekends and holidays are rarely respected. Additionally, the client, ITC Limited, is difficult to work with. Only consider this company as a last resort.

Anyone on here practice Labor & Employment law? What’s the industry outlook? And are firms/salaries as bimodal as they seem? I feel like there are four to five heavy hitters and a ton of other firms that claim to do the work. Where should I look if I wanted to lateral? 2 YOE at a V50.

My sister has cleared all the rounds in Accenture. HR contacted her today to negotiate the salary. My sister asked for 8LPA FP. HR said the max fixed pay they could offer is 7.5LPA. My sister told she would think and get back in few minutes.

Within 5 minutes, HR moved the candidature status to “on hold” due to budget constraints. None of the HRs are answering the calls. What can i expect?
