Ladies I was trying a pair of jeans on the other day and noticed something that has been stressing me out. I'm currently a senior copywriter for FCB working on a new drug launch. I've created the Day 0 splash page (US), brand style guide (global), HCP and patient Day 1 & Day 14 emails (US), and an HCP Thought Leader Liaison slide deck. My journey has been non-traditional so I don't have a book per se.

So i had absconded from my previous company. I returned all the company stuff & i put a mail to my manager as well. & after a year i had to pay up for the 2month notice period that I didn't serve. & then they gave me my relieving letter as well. Now after 2 year i have received an offer from a reputed mnc and they are gonna do a background verification. I do have the relieving letter. Will this effect my employment? Should i explain my situation at that time to them? Will they even ask?
