Does anyone know if the same 401k rules apply at EY as Accenture so they will cap the contributions coming for your check say if you hit the yearly limits in August? So if you hit the 22,500 in 23 there is no way to go over for tax issues. Thinking to frontload next year contributions if market is down. EY

Amazon is 5/15/40/40% for RSU grants over four years. Since years 1-2 are low it will include a hefty cash bonus that will be paid monthly only for years 1-2. So if 280k, a breakdown could be:
Year 1: 160k base, 105k bonus, 15k stock
Year 2: 160k base, 75k bonus, 45k stock
Year 3: 160k base, 120k stock
Year 4: 160k base, 120k stock
The offer will be confusing, like 160k, 180k bonus, and 300k stock. Amazon likes to assume 15% equity growth each year minimum so that's your bonus and raise.

Yeah probably close to it. Highest base it goes it is $160k
She said three components to TC and that is all in.
How is TC calculated? Base + salary/4 + RSU/4?

Based on levels.fyi if this is a Product role, 280k is likely near top of range for L6. But I would clarify what they mean by “all in”. Because you should only count 1 year’s worth of compensation. So for Amazon that’s base + first year bonus + 5% of total RSU awarded
What’s the breakdown of $280k?
Thanks. I don’t really understand the comp structure but she said it is comprised of 3 components and that amount is the TC of all three.
I don’t know yet. Have my loop in a few days. But the recruiter was asking TC expectation after my first interview.
