Does anyone feel terrified about the prospect of being a Partner as a woman, especially if/when you have a family? Single right now and thinking of having a baby on my own. Sometimes jealous that it seems it's not much easier for men. Maybe this is not just Partnership, but relevant for senior leadership position anywhere? Helloo, need some advice! My husband and I are both consultants and work crazy hours. Recently we had a baby and it’s becoming quite hard for me to manage both. My husband doesn’t support much with baby care, says he cannot find time and tells me to take it easy on the career front if I’m struggling. Ladies, do any of you find it hard to have quality sleep while stressed? Does anyone have thoughts on a nanny vs daycare for an infant? I’m joining Accenture Federal soon and had some questions about parental leave. First, is there a minimum timeframe you have to work for Accenture before they let you take maternity/parental leave. Secondly, in the recruiting brochure maternity leave is separate from parental leave. Can you take both of you are the primary caretake for a total of 4 months?

Did you find yourselves freaking out before maternity leave or am I the odd one out here?
