Back pain remedies? Mamas, I’m in the home stretch and I am aching! I see a chiropractor every 2 weeks (soon switching to weekly) and I get prenatal massage as often as I can (usually monthly), but I have bad back and hip pain, especially at the end of the day. I wear supportive shoes and have a nice desk chair. Any other solutions or advice? I know the laxity in my joints is exacerbating it. Would love to hear what has helped you!

For me, these are the things that worked:

Prenatal yoga might feel nice to give yourself some good stretches. Also baths - I was taking a nice bath almost daily at the end!
