Any advice for an experienced HR professional with SHRM-SCP? I was downsized from my last job as a VP of Admin wanted to go with Coordinator/Assistant structure. Been in HR for nearly 20 years with mostly generalist experience. Managed a function and/or people for most of that time. Senior level in my experience, but definitely not executive level. (Limited budgeting and PM experience.) Having a horrible time finding a new role! Getting a lot of interviews but no offers and getting discouraged.

Question for moms past the young toddler phase - at what age did you find your child could safely & independently play/entertain themselves for 30-60 minutes? My just-turned 2 y.o. can play fairly well independently for 5-10 minutes and of course needs to be very closely supervised for safety (he loves to climb).

Hey ladies. I need some advice. I drive a Chevy 2500 express cargo van for work but the battery keeps dying on me! Mamas, I am stressing a lot because next month, we won’t have health insurance anymore as I quit my job for a better opportunity. Do some families just wake up late?
My family are more morning people and are up fairly early but just stayed with in-laws for an extended time, and they wake up late!
It drove me a little crazy since it’s just me and my child in the mornings. My husband likes to sleep in too but did try to get up earlier so I wasn’t just alone in their house.

I have a rare (< 20 cases) skin condition near my vulvar area that causes mini bumps that resemble warts almost. I am extremely insecure about it and the laser treatment will take the course of this entire year. I’ve met a guy I liked and I want to hookup with him but I am terrified what he will think. How will I explain this? I cry to myself in my room all the time because of this insecurity and no longer know how to live
