Is this the case for everyone?

You people know who your HR is?😂

But I heard that fractal is very good company. Instead of hike how are the other things? Like learning, management, projects etc?

I work on mundane projects, people have worked on great projects too. Management is very nice, nicer than other orgs. Learning depends on you and your project tbh

What is the average yearly percentage hike in fractal

Have heard 10%

Your manager will know how much hike you have got by now. You can ask them.

Aren't they supposed to inform us? Our team was told that respective reporting managers will get in touch to inform their team members.
