Bad time to sell our house?

Just make sure you have Lysol wipes and toilet paper in every photo. You’ll be fine.

Mortgage rates are low so good time to buy. Economic security for some jobs = bad. Probably fine for selling but will get worse if this has even broader impacts.

Assuming you would be turning around to buy another house, it’s basically a wash. Sell high/buy high. Sell low/buy low. It’s all relative. Only benefit now is slightly better interest rates are coming down the pipeline.

Could be the most excellent time to buy or sell

Where do you live? You may find people who will bite given the low rates but the demand will be much lower. In my area you’d typically get 3-10 offers per home and bidding wars, but less likely now.

Thanks everyone!
