New employee making careless mistakes - but he doesn’t report to me. How would you handle?

I sit in a PM-type role, where I work with various people for projects, but don’t directly manage any employees. We recently hired someone whose work seems generally ok, but I’m noticing a lot of careless mistakes. Things like referring to the wrong month for an event invite or referring to the wrong legal case, or misspelling a major city name.

My joining date is 1st August in @PwC India, I received another offer and asked HR to match it. She came back with another offer less than what I got some where else. I was waiting for revised offer letter but yet no luck. I called HR and now she is saying its still in process and waiting for approval from Business head. Should I wait or join other company on same date?

Hi! I am a BA In Human Capital (organization transformational change) from Canada. Was wondering if their are any secondment opportunities for an upcoming project. Also curious as to what the work culture is like in Singapore compared to Canada.

I got my first dose of the Moderna vaccine on Wednesday of last week and it has taken me out. I’d heard that the second dose could be bad but hadn’t heard too much about the first so wasn’t expecting it. I haven’t been able to work (or really do anything) and I’m struggling! Super dizzy and lightheaded, achey, and developed a fever today. It got bad enough that I called the helpline today and they were helpful but basically just said to monitor because not much else I can do. Anyone else??
