Bain🐠, do you ever see a day where your firm opens up MBA sponsorship for experienced hires? Why is it restricted to only those that joined out of undergrad?

…If you can place into the same school, don’t see why it makes a difference

If you join as an AC they do offer this

@C1, Interesting! Is there any minimum tenure required? For example, can only apply for sponsorship after X months into the role…

Who is telling you it’s restricted to those out of undergrad? That’s not true. If you join as an experienced AC and perform, then sponsorship is an option. No set timelines but usually 1-3 years in spending what level you join

My glowing review, complete with the “It’s not a matter of ‘if’ you’ll make partner, but ‘when’” line, resulted in a $4,000 salary increase. For the third year in a row. I am looking to gain certification or other credentialing in diversity and inclusion, not only because it would look good on my resume both for future job-search purposes and also to become better educated in this area, which is growing in importance. I looked at SHRM's "Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential" and got a bit of "sticker shock" at the cost - $1,655.00 for members. Does anyone have other suggestions on training/credentialing in this area?

Wonder if anyone can offer advice on which cert to pursue next? I obtained my CompTIA Security+ last year and wondering if I should go for the CySA+ or Pentest+ next. I also have my AWS CCP and will be sitting for the Solutions Architect soon as well. Currently not doing security stuff at work but would love to keep my skills going. I was hoping one of these next certs will help me finally break into a security role and love the idea of pentesting but not sure if the CySA+ is more beneficial.
