Happy Friday. Please enjoy this pic. Thanks ā¤ļø
Hi fishes! I volunteer with The Art of Good, a creative collective helping small businesses affected by the pandemic. They are seeking approx ONE HOUR from a media professional for a SEM POV for a small business looking to change their name to relaunch their brand. This is non-paid. More about giving back while in-between gigs. :) If you can help out or want to learn more, please reach out to me via LinkedIn. Thank you!! www.linkedin.com/in/karenkohn/

Hi all, I am joining an MBB technology strategy practice from a T3-T4 firm without coming in at a lower level (such as SCā>C, M->SC.). Any general advice/tips from fellow fishes who have done the same?
I am aware of the increase in work hours & effort of work required.
Bain & Company McKinsey & Company Boston Consulting Group BCG Platinion
Itās very high. Bain is known to give a lot of 1st rounds and then cut a lot before final round. Thatās why their 1st round is the shortest, 60min (vs. 120min for McK and 90min for bcg)
That feels about right - Iāve seen 15-30% for each round depending on the year (after the initial interview; the % there is obviously smaller given the # of applications)
Could be enough esp. if the better interview was with someone more tenured!
Pretty high, but if you really crushed the second and weāre decent on the first, you still have a shot! Good luck!
What are you interviewing for
AC recruiting actually started already at some schools! My friendās sibling had one today
As others have said itās definitely high, but a āfineā and a ācrushed itā can definitely be enough to pass through. At the end of the day both interviewers need to agree and feel comfortable passing you on as one of like ~3-4 people out of a full day interview slate of 12-14 people.
