At my school, Special Education teachers are assigned to multiple grades to work with throughout the day which includes time in an inclusion setting and sometimes resource as well. I am just curious what the model is at your school. Do you prefer an inclusion setting or resource? Are you assigned to one grade only or multiple grades?

Corp/securities associate and lateraled to a 40-50 attorney firm earlier this year. I’m a non traditional candidate and considered a 3rd or 4th year and make $200k base. Waiting on raise/bonus info but can’t help but wonder if I could be making $100k more at a larger firm and working similar hours. I put a premium on the people I work with and have gotten a good rhythm here as well as built up a good rep so far. For reference I have billed avg. 180-200 hrs a month. Any insights?

What’s the norm and expectation for client interactions at MBB for juniors (pre-manager levels)? Do you never talk in client meetings? Talk through select slides? Run the meeting end to end? Does the client generally interact with you outside of meetings?

Hi fish - I just received a request for evidence for my medical form I-693. However, I have submitted my medical form back in April with the rest of the i-485 application. The medical form was signed, sealed, and dated March 2021. Anybody experienced this before?

Could you please recommend some courses to learn that do not require much coding.
Currently, I am a QA working on manual testing. Automation testing is not something I am interested as it requires Java.
I am terrified of java coding.

I was recently promoted, which I am really excited about. But not so exciting is that my bump in salary is really small. Much smaller than expected and I believe smaller than industry benchmark. Is there a way to politely broach the subject with my boss and ask for a larger bump? Or no? I don’t want to seem ungrateful because I love my boss and she really championed the promotion. I also don’t want to burn a bridge. But I also feel let down by the tiny pay bump. Any advice?
