Not crashing anymore.

Maybe we should implement something like automatic posts refresh? I got a notification about "someone like mypost" but it isn't displaying at the post title...

Living it up in the city.

Still not seeing location in the post window when turning it off.

I have gained some weight during the past months. On a one-on-one with a partner, I got a “friendly advice” to get back in shape since looks matters to clients.

I’m from a low-income family, the only one who went to college) and already make more @25 (140k) than my blue-collar parents ever did in their life. There is clear resentment, judgment, jealousy from family regards to my life/ income to where I stopped sharing vacation plans/ posting about my adventures. Has anyone else been in this position? How do you manage it?

Embarrassing thing you’ve done at work and got away with? One time WFH, I fell asleep and woke up 20 minutes into a 30 minute call. Didn’t join because I felt it was too late. No one ever mentioned it

What’s your best nontraditional “Somebody I know made a fortune doing blank” story (I.e. reselling tickets, only fans, nail salons)

With inflation, is 200k savings by 25 even above standard anymore for white collar professionals in careers like consulting/SWE/banking?

A former boss reached out about a role on his new team. When it came up that I just had a kid, he literally said, “I think you’re busy with other priorities now.” And the conversation ended. Anyway, that still happens.

Is Big4 still a good career long term? Is ‘the safety’ actually real or just a mirage due to the lack of recession? Everyone I talk to sounds like they are way better off than pursuing this one. Have met only 1 or 2 Partners who jobs I would like to pursue. 6 years in and I think I’m having a little career crisis.

I could die and my Director would get a ouija board to ask if I still had bandwidth...

Is it wrong or weird to want to find a easier job and settle down in a small city? I think I might be happier to do a 9-5 job, cook for myself and play some sports every day. The desire for success has shrunk significantly since I started working a year ago. Have you experienced similar emotions?

Made my first big, client-facing mistake today. Almost made it a year without one, but alas. Embarrassed and nervous about fallout, especially in the time of layoffs. Say a little prayer for me.

Currently at a top consulting firm making 87k with no bonus. I have an offer with a smaller firm for about $130k (base + bonus). Issue is I’m 7.5 months into my career and not sure if it would be a bad look to leave so quick. What should I do?

Anybody else seeing an increasing frequency of people sharing your posts lately? I always get so confused by that notification, like who are you sharing this with that would be that interested in my complaints of burnout?

Chicago or Dallas? I'm a south Asian female moving for work and get to choose between the two cities! Pros/cons? Please help!

Just paid $720 for a bike and had to buy the kickstand separately. Thanks a lot McKinsey

At the airport off to a conference...guy washing his feet in the sink of the loo. Good morning!
