I recently got an offer from KGS and Deloitte India. Both of them are offering almost similar package with only difference of 50K p.a.
The team for which I got offer is for deal advisory into integration and separation consulting for both the firms.
Which one is better to opt here??

I had an offer from EY GDS of 22.5 Lpa fix for . Even though HR mentioned the yearly bonus/variable but in offer nowhere mentioned. ANY reason or normally that component not mentioned for EY

What can be the upper limit of an offer from jpmc for 5 year exp?

Been 3 months since I joined Luxoft and I am assigned to a backward DXC project. The lead is oppressive and bossy. There is no work-life balance and 9:30 hours of work is not enough for them. My probation period is going to end soon. Should I inform my Luxoft manager and tell him to change my project right now ? Or shall I wait for him to end my probation period ?

I have a offer from Zscaler (India) for 20.5 lpa including stocks. And, another offer from Karza Technologies for 24.5 lpa. My last working day is 22nd of April. And, I have Zscaler is willing to buy me out. However, there are no buyout options at my current org. I'm currently negotiating for an early release (31st March). If I do get this, I'm planning on asking Zscaler to match Karza's offer and throw in the early joining part. Does this sound like a good idea?
