Is RFB component included in the monthly salary? I am asking this because in the PWC offer it is written below the Total ( monthly) . This is leading to a confusion. Please reply. I know flexible benefits are added in monthly salary if I do not declare anything but since this amount is mentioned at the bottom, i am confused. Help!

I’ve been on the bench since early Feb and have been working on firm initiatives full time since (proposals, white papers, and practice work). Last month I went on leave for surgery and before I left I asked if I should be concerned about not being on a project and I was told no. I received a bench warning and was told I had two weeks to find a project (two weeks ago) or I would be ejected from the firm. They told me I would receive two weeks of severance. Should I asked for more? How?

Interviewed for a GS-15 (same agency but different office) and totally aced the interview with excellent answers. They know I’m a top performer with senior references. Got an IBM offer. In the offer letter, there are 3 options, Accept, Decline or Query.
I have raised a query to change my joining date which they complied with. But now the offer letter does not have any of those 3 options but I have both the offer letter and the mail with new joining date.
