Hi all, I currently work 52-55 hours on average weekly and have been at my company for 4 months. I am now the only operations team member and am expected to complete all ops work alone. (Barely got trained to begin with). I work in Manhattan as well so I’m not sure if my 70k+15-20% bonus is standard or if I’m being very underpaid, especially considering that it is an employees market. Thoughts?

I’ve been in the federal consulting space for the past 6 years, with 9+ YOE overall. I’m so burned out from federal consulting. Our clients have such a low bar to clear themselves and are checked out most days. Our work is measured mostly through vanity metrics that don’t consider impact or innovation at all. I’m thinking a jump to commercial consulting could offer a much needed break in both compensation and challenging, meaningful work, but don’t know what firms or roles to target.

I joined Byju's 6 months back, as a Software Engineer.
At that time I had 2 YOE and my CTC was 10LPA.
I was offered 15LPA by Byju's and I accepted it and joined them.

Now I see new joinees with less than 1YOE joining Byju's with 18-20LPA, what should I do?

I don't feel like switching as my team here is good and secondly I don't wanna be a job hopper switching in just 6 months. Any advice?

I had my HR interview and salary negotiation of @KPMG on Jan 28th. After that I havent received any offer letter yet.

Whenever I call the HR, he informs that it is still in approval phase.
