Do any pharmacists have to be on-call? And if so, how are you compensated for that? I’m currently interviewing for a position that requires me to be on call 2 weekends a month, but they only pay me if I go in since I’m hourly. Does this sound like something normal?

When I first joined consulting 4 years ago, there was a project where I cried in the office every week in feedback sessions no matter how hard I tried not too. It’s partly because I am quite sensitive and partly because manager is quite harsh, but it’s not until very recently I realised it’s a really bad mental place to be and I was so nervous overall, i wasn’t helpful to the team no matter how hard I tried to be. Managers - please take a breath and think how you are treating the team.

I got an offer from accenture 8lpa fixed 1.68 variable n the position is level 11.
Now i have better offers from pwc n kpmg
10lpa fixed.
Will accenture increase their offer. They wer not even ready to go till 8.5 last time. But now i have other offers in hand. Is it possible to go back and ask for improved offer n position even though i have accepted the old 8lpa offer from accenture 1 month back.
