What is the minimum days a company needed to update the offer after sending the counter offer.
I am aware that the existing company has the budget to match my expectation.

Wanted to get everyone’s thoughts on this; right now I have the luxury to stay with my parents rent free but looking to move out. What’s the pros/cons of buying now vs later? Most people are saying wait until next year with more inventory comes up/better understanding of this recession we are in/will be in.
