Bay Area licensed producer in life accident and health Seeking a producer position in employee benefits where there is a good base salary + commissions pay structure, or a salaried position in marketing or account management/benefits consulting where I can earn 50% commissions on groups I sell in addition to my salary. Thank you so much!! I just dm’d you. Have a great day today!!

The company where I’m at has very poor career development support and also has favoritism. I’m being taken advantage of their truthfully and I don’t want to stay there. I won’t bore you with all the details because they’re a relevant at this point, I’m just putting my feelers out there for available options.
Thank you

I’m not sure what your passive aggressive response is in intended for but it’s not productive. I am asking legitimate questions in my posts and find this app extremely helpful, as I don’t have anyone to talk for about this; so you don’t like it you are free to keep on scrolling.

If you can't find a referral here, I would try over on Linked in. I usually have good luck over there! Best of luck to you.

Considering taking a brand-side role to lead the creative marketing for an app I like, coming from a big agency environment. Great exec team, great pay, chance to build my own team, and frankly I'm tired of the churn and burn of agency life... But it would be my first client side role and I don't know what to expect. I'm scared of missing the imaginary cool factor of the agency world and afraid I'll get bored or something.
Would love thoughts from those who have made the jump.

I’m a PTA working in Home Health. I live in the New Orleans, LA area. I’m curious to see if my wage is average or if I should negotiate with my employer. I have over 10 years experience and get PPV. Every visit I am paid $40 and my salary has been around $60k per year for the past 3 years. Also, is it common to get a yearly raise in the Home health industry? Any insight would be appreciated.
