On my 4th year as Consultant and my Manager says I’m next in line for promotion although she didn’t specify when (if this year or next). Do I wait it out or should I switch companies?

Hi Everyone. Hope everyone have a good day.
I'm currently working in an organisation as QA manual Tester with CTC 7.5 LPA. I'm learning Selenium for a month and want to switch to automation. I'm only working here for 1+ year and previously changed from 2 organisations(3+). My problem is that I have a gap of 1 year from 2019-2020(due to personal reasons) and rejoined from 2020. Also I was passed out in 2015 and joined 1 at company in 2017 only.
Will my gaps be a problem for employers in future?

Hi all,

I have two campus

I have to make my decision by the end of next week, so I’d appreciate some input and opinions on which offer I should take.

How should I structure this? $210k in my checking account; of that, $150k is for a down payment in 7-19 months. The other $60k is my general spending / emergency fund. I would like to increase the interest I earn on the above in a risk averse manner. I’m thinking of moving all but $10k into a HYSA. Does that make sense?

I already max out my 401k, HSA and contribute $3k/mo into a brokerage, and I don’t want to dump my down payment into a brokerage.
