Trying to transition out of Accenture into KPMG after 2 years of experience. Probably at the Senior Consultant level for salesforce. However, I’ve never switched companies before but I want to be sure I’m compensated correctly. For that level and practice - how much should I be asking/expecting?? Got a rejection from McKinsey final round due to PEI. The feedback I got was that I need to: 1. Be more specific on my individual actions and 2. Communicate my individual goals and behaviour in the situation and focus less on the scenario. Would McK fish provide any insights on the degree of personal focus that is desired? Trying to extract the most out of this to improve. I'm a bit confused since I did provide my individual actions and rationale that led to the outcome.

Just took this BCG Quant Reasoning test and I think I messed it up. Some of the units are so confusing. Is nearest 000s of pounds 23000 or 23? They don’t partial mark it and the whole test was filled with this sort of thing. Oh well
