1YOE medical device NPI Lead looking for salary perspective

Mechanical engineering grad, joined a medical device startup that I had done co-ops at. 8mo into full-time, pivoted from engineering into more of an operations role doing new product introduction (NPI), now with 3 direct reports.

The combination of startup+medical device+NPI seems very unique and I'm struggling to find salary comparables. Currently making 75k but it feels very low given my new responsibility and impact. Any advice?

So, I should be negotiating for my pay soon for my Administrative Assistant job. Currently making 13/hr as a Temp to Hire in the position. Research for State, National, and Industry averages has been mostly unhelpful because they're all different. The lowest Average is 35k, and the Highest average is 45k. How can I try to convince my boss that I'm worth the 45k? Especially since it would be an over 50% pay increase.

My brother studies law at a top 10 law school and wants to work in government or for a non-profit where stresses are lower and he gets to feel more ownership to and meaning in his work, and he has heard all my complaints 😂

The pressures of his peers and biglaw are eating him up however - he’s getting good grades and feels like he is "supposed" to want to go into biglaw. I kind of feel for him, but don’t know what to tell him to cheer him up.

Hi fishies! just got an offer for senior consultant at Oliver Wyman (tri-state) for $100K. Is this standard or are they lowballing me?

Does anyone ever actually make offers? Just when i get through 3-4 rounds and think it’s gotta be near an offer stage, it’s like oh wait, here’s three more interviews plus a case study and a panel presentation. Then wait an indeterminate amount of time for a decision, or for more interviews.

When do offers actually happen? I’ve been going through rounds now for months and months with the same six companies or so. It’s burning me out, like how many more hoops do i need to jump through? 😩
