BCG experienced hire (PL/Pr) — What does onboarding and training look like? How long, what’s taught, and is it in-person?

Anyone here adopt a puppy during the infertility struggle? Husband and I considering it to have something positive throughout this situation and thinking the extra companionship would be helpful. I work from home. Husband has had many family dogs and lots of experience with it, I’ve had a family cat before. But not sure if it’s actually a good idea - wondering if it would truly help make us feel better and keep our minds off of the struggles or if it would just add extra stress. Thoughts?

Ladies who use the steamer bags for cleaning pumps… what’s your process? You have to still clean with soap and water beforehand? The bag is so hot you need to use mittens? Trying to figure out the easiest way to clean in office without making a scene. Something about the wipes makes me feel like I’d still need to rinse it. Both of these seem to defeat the purpose of having less steps imo. And how do you dry them? I’m used to just soaking in a soapy tub, scrubbing, then hang drying at home. Sigh.

I am currently working at Accenture as Application development senior analyst with the CTC of 8LPA (3.5+years exp). I love my job here , all my leads are supportive and I can say I am way too much comfortable here. When I reach 5 years, definitely I will get TL promo here.
Now I have another offer in TCS with 11.5 LPA with same role(Senior Analyst).
Should I consider joining TCS for the package , or should I wait in Accenture for 1 year to get team lead promotion?

Question for BCG 🐠, about to start in the firm as a consultant and looking at the options for the phone and everything seems to be quite expensive. I was thinking buying the cheapest which is the iphone SE but care to say if there is any software that might limit the phone that I would need to use? Or it is just email and calls and that is it? Also, why not allow android? For some of the prices in the list I could get a nice Android phone rather than a year old iphone.
