Cargill will be the easiest with best WLB. Clots of friends work there and work maybe 30 hours a week. But lower growth and pay opportunities there.
Decision would depend on where you are in life. Early in career - BCG.

I'd be cautious of Gamma. Interesting work, sure, but you'll be on projects led by fairly clueless management consultants who overpromise clients and demand PowerPoint slides to complement your actual work.

Agreed 100%. Gamma is notorious for screwing your wlb and underpaying. Mix of client facing and backend work with top level politics.
