During my PTO, my SM called me and asked me to start plugging myself in and he mentioned that I don't want to be left behind. He asked me to set up a call during my PTO to "catch up" with the rest of the team. I cannot wait to get out of this company as this is kinda touching my bottom line.

I am a new consultant and have quickly learned that my lack of skill in Excel is hindering my ability to get staffed on client projects. It continues to be a feedback point for me. Are there any programs / courses out there (free or paid) that can help me get to where I need to be (just DECENT) in a short amount of time (2-3 weeks) ? I'm just so tired of this being an impediment, and I'm willing to put in the work
