the HR person told you it was good news and you’re asking if it’s actually good news? What’s the question here…

funny

Lol, just my silly concern but want to hear from other exp, is this a typical approach in BCG that the partner will actually deliver the news…

funny

I think that’s normal, they tell you informally and then they prepare all the documents and formally tell you

I need help coming up with a creative title for my students. I teach job skills, and we basically act as volunteers in the building by completing various jobs like delivering mail and working in the cafeteria. We are known for this role so I want us to have an official title! We are the Spartans and we call our program “essential skills” if that helps! Most of my students have limited expressive language so I’m hoping to give them options and let them vote.

Adventures in Interviewing: Today we were wrapping up a pretty good interview with a strong potential candidate. When asked if they had any last questions, they said that they had an issue with our Work from Home policy (we’re 100% WFH right now, and will not consider a re-opening strategy until everyone is vaccinated). The candidate declared that they did not believe in vaccines, so we needed to allow her to be a permanent remote hire. I guess I’m glad about the dodged bullet, so there’s that.
