Been 60 days since USCIS received my medical RFE. Should I call to ask for progress? Any fish out there that has any luck with getting a response on your RFE within 60 days?

I called them today but I think I misinterpreted the 60-day statement on the letter - I was told that as they updated the status as RFE received within 60 days of me sending it, I need to wait until my case is outside the processing time to create a service request

Same case for me as well

EY1 - Same thing happened to me. I ended up having to redo medical thankfully I was able to get a new appointment so quickly. EY had proof that they submitted medical with AOS but I didn’t want to take the risk of going back and forth with USCIS. Redid mine 3 weeks after receiving RFE. Hopefully it’s being processes

They are playing with our lives!!! I can’t believe this happened to you too! I wanted to share with someone at firm outside of EY Law as it’s maddening the loss this has caused us. Hope we all hear something soon 🤞🏻

Might be an unpopular opinion but I’m not terribly thrilled with the new Halo Top ad. I’m all for body acceptance but part of the reason COVID hit the U.S. so hard is because of co-morbidities like obesity. There has to be a line btw “real” bodies and not celebrating a state that causes so many medical issues - Ie overweight without the medical definition of very obese. Do you think brands have gone too far in the other direction?
