Been 7 months and haven’t made it to any second round interviews yet. That’s if you’re even given a thought when you submit your application. It shouldn’t be this hard to find another entry job with 3 years of experience across a multitude of technologies. I really don’t like this dance these companies and managers make you do. At some point it really just starts to feel insulting and even monotonous. I think companies just have unrealistic ideas of candidates.

Silver lining had an interview late Thursday and by Friday evening I learned I wouldn’t be moving forward.

Hi guys! I had an interview last Saturday with the CEO for an EA role (that was the 3rd interview). The company rushed the process for me because they knew I had another offer. The first 2 interviews went extremely well that’s why they rushed & asked the ceo to interview me on a Sat. morning. Huge common point: The CEO and I are both French. The interview went kinda weird… it was less than 15min. Looked distracted/ not prepared. When I asked him questions he barely elaborated. Comments⬇️

I need some interview tips, I have a virtual interview for another HR Manager position at a much larger company, in the email it said to dress for the position you are interviewing for.
