I work on an analytics team at an agency. My team hired 10 senior analysts/managers in the past 6 months but none of them are good. I am not expecting them to know everything but no one is proactive and trying to solve problems on their own. We’ve been providing the new team members trainings, tips, and guidance but it’s going nowhere. I am thinking about resigning without another job lined up, as I’ve been working overtime almost everyday to fix everyone’s work. I am just so exhausted.
