I just started my job a month ago. It was my 2nd choice role at this company. I didn't realize the chaos I was walking into, and while it's not toxic (yet), I had hopes of more work life balance and an actual "belonging to a team" feel. I basically skipped onboarding and jumped right into working, boss skipped a huge working session I "led" but had no clue how to lead and I was put on the spot. Applying to a dream job but if I don't get it might keep browsing. Is leaving worth the consequences?

I have joined IBM in July 2022. I haven't got any project till now. Skill set is PySpark, AWS, Spark, Hadoop, Hive, SQL. 2 Project interviews are done and they haven't considered my profile.

I have 7years total and 2.3 years Relevant Experience is there. Monday I have one project interview for Production support project. Is it good to go with Support project or shall I wait for a development role? Is it tough to get a project in IBM if you're hired a pool resource?

Just completed an online practice case from BCGs site and didn’t do too well on the analytical side. What formulas or things should I definitely know when it comes to the actual interview?

Anybody tried Ginger or therapy through texting? Would love to know your thoughts. I can see it being neat since I tend to express my feelings and thoughts better in writing. I also tend to downplay how I really feel in person with a friend but less so when I’m texting them my feelings. Ok, so I have a couple of offers, one kind of lackluster, for the County. The other is for a credit union-I left credit unions a few years ago to join a FinTech supporting credit unions)
I was laid off last month and have had a flurry of interviews…this credit union offer is my favorite so far, I do have another offer I’m waiting for from another tech company which has a much higher salary range, but nothing is written in stone.
Should I counter? The offer is $95k for a project manager.

I am 28m and my GF is a couple years younger. Her lease is up around the time of our 2yr anniversary (in a few months) she wants to move in with me when her lease ends, but I am not ready. Does me not being ready mean anything? Or do y’all feel like it is okay to wait longer to move in together??

24F, moving to NY for a year or so for work. Originally, I was looking in WV, Chelsea, Soho etc to live more downtown, ideally in a luxury building. While I can afford it, I travel a lot personally and am having a hard time justifying the high rent if I’m going to be in and out. Trying to decide if I should find a roommate for the more downtown spots, or go to UWS, really liked it and could be cheaper?
