I have a 2YOE at Cytiva as a life science intern and a MSc in Immunology! Would love to chat with others for opinions and help!

I am expecting an offer from Oracle Digital, Consulting with about 60% hike (25 LPA fixed + Variable at 5.2 YOE) from current pay package and a role of principal consultant.
A few questions I have regarding this.

1. What are the perks/employee ben there?
2. How is the work life balance?
3. How is the hike and bonus?
4. How is the scope of moving to development centre of Oracle - IDC?

Finally, what do you guys think about the pay package, should I be targetting a higher pay package?
