Hey guys - does anyone have recommendations for Indian wavy 5x5 or 6x6 closures? I was going to order off of Amora Renae (https://www.amorarenaecollection.co/product/thin-swiss-lace-5x5-closure/) but they aren’t restocking. I’m still getting bundles from them, but clueless on another solid company that would have matching hair (friend is making me a wig bc of a natural hair crisis I’m having, I’m absolutely clueless when it comes to anything like this)!

Try HCl pills. Lots of time people with acid reflux actually have low stomach acid. I like Polquin's low stomach acid test. It will quickly let you know if you have low stomach acid. Here's an article with other symptoms: http://www.eatnakednow.com/13-signs-you-have-hypochlorhydria/
With IF, you still need to hit your caloric needs in a shortened window. This sounds very challenging given you're eating once per day and working out regularly. It is amazing to me that you don't feel like total shit 😀
25 pounds in a month is insane
Okay so if she says stop, then stop. Haven't you been told, a no is a no!
This doesn't sound healthy
Could be soy or dairy sensitivity that coming out more now that you are eating more foods that may have those
Persistent reflux will cause that lump sensation. Have you adjusted the time of your last meal so you aren't going to bed directly after eating?
Try adding apple cider vinegar to your daily diet if it's not already there
Mixed with enough water, especially if your throat is already sensitive
As a rule of thumb, non-poultry meats and fat should be avoided - among many other things - if you have reflux. Maybe it's time to come off the keto diet.
I've been feeling great.... And then my throat started acting up.....I love bacon and pork so much that's all I eat!
Also, hopefully the ENT told you about Barrett's. That should be your main concern with chronic reflux.
According to my trainer, the keto diet is something you shouldn't do for more than three weeks at a time, max. It's time to come off it.
Barret's esophagus is nasty, Google it and you'll quit whatever your doing that may cause it
She said too much is the cause... Anyone have this issue
Idk about cider vinegar if I have reflux....I don't really eat before bed.... Only really one meal a day....keto with intermittent fasting
Idk what Barrett's is
Abnormal, reactive changes to the lower intestine that are caused by chronic reflux. Barrett's is a well known precursor to esophageal cancer.
Lower esophagus*
Losing 25 lbs in a month is reason enough to go to the ER. No Dr anywhere would tell you that is healthy, you could be seriously screwing with your hormones and metabolism
