Has anyone seen good traction on the new-ish Google Discovery ads? My teams have had mixed results here so far, and the lack of placement transparency has been a challenge. Writing ads that can appeal to users on the Google Feed, Gmail, and YouTube seems to be the most difficult part, and different accounts (or even campaigns) have wildly different CTRs, likely indicating Google is preferring certain placements for each.

I can honestly say that working from home these last few years has been the best thing that’s happened to my career as a producer. I never realized how distracting being in an office was. Now, I actually can focus on bidding, scheduling, reviewing contracts, and all of the stressful parts of production WITHOUT having to factor in code switching and a commute.

I left my agency producer role for a fully remote producing role and I’m just….thrilled.

Anyone else refuse to go back to office? 😩
