Hey all - work at a niche Work Comp carrier and we’re about to undergo a massive IT transformation. All new Core Insurance Tech (Policy, Claims, UW Desktop, data model, customer portals, etc.). I lead Ops and am looking for a great PM/Transformation lead, experience with execution in the insurance space. Definitely growth to leading the entire IT function. Located in southern CT, great culture, hybrid model. Reach out - we’re ready to hire and get this going!!
Hey if you are getting DM’s form Accenture their salesforce practice is pretty strong. WLB is good but it totally depends upon the project and people you are working with. With regards to crazy pay it depends on YOE. Let’s say if you have 4-5 years exp expect around 100-115k. It could also depends on your negotiating skills. I used work at Accenture few years ago and had good experience. DM me if you need so advice.

With 7 YOE ask for 150-160+ minimum. You are at a huge advantage. When I had 4 YOE I got an offer for 160 from a platinum partner, but B4 will pay a little less.
I just started with Accenture and the crazy money part is definitely true. Ask me in 6 months how work life balance is going, but honestly, I'm not too worried about it. I know how to set boundaries and I can bust ass during the crunches.

In terms of WLB my colleagues told me it’s:
Salesforce CSG > Accenture > PWC/Deloitte. PWC and Deloitte will have mandatory firm initiatives that add extra hours. Accenture and Deloitte are the best in maturity though.
8 years CRM experience. Got offer from Accenture Fed for 140k + bonus in a C city.....D365 though. but I can only imagine it's similar compensation.
I’m a consultant at a much smaller firm, and for consulting in general, hours don’t have to be crazy. Our firm is very adamant that we maintain whatever life/work balance we want to see for ourselves, and gives us extra resources to pitch in if I have more than 40 hours to complete in a week. Unsure of Deloitte/Accenture though.
