Is this genuine? You could have posted this without mentioning the interns and it would have come across better.
That being said, stop doing arms everyday. If you're doing arms every day and not fatigued, you're not pushing enough weight, nor are you giving your body time to rebuild.
Either take days off or work other body parts in on days you don't hit arms. Don't know what type of equipment you're working with, but vary the movements you're doing as well

lol it’s an interesting question. a lot of the “pump” that creatine gives is water weight, so i don’t see why not. you may be disappointed at the similar results it gives to other places on your body though.

Bro pro tip. You need to work on major muscles first like chest. and squats for legs. That stimulates major growth to your bodies.
Now for this crisis. Try doing 100 push ups. Day. Then as many pull ups. Major muscles first.
