I am at CL11..Joined Accenture last year October. When can I expect promotion , hike/appraisal, bonus etc. How much bonus can I expect if lvb is 21 % as per offer letter and I have 100 percent utilisation. Thanks in advance.

Current working as a Director of Sales and Marketing at a large hotel chain. Base - 20LPA
Bonus - 10LPA (over 2 years)
RSU-137 (over 4 yrs) worth 13.5 LPA,standard Amazon vesting

I moved to my current company just a month back but Amazon process was in progress, so leaving in probation. I don't think they considered TC of my current company (17 LPA from 7.5 LPA) as it's been just a month. Any views regarding the offer and TC offered.
