Hello everyone,
I am Data engineer with relevant experience in Big Data and AWS cloud of 8 years and got an offer from axtria.
I read some bad things about the work life balance there, is it true? I am thinking whether to resign or not.
If yes when should I tell them that I am not interested.Axtria

The constant change in roles and pressure to not mess up in these new roles is nerve wrecking at times .. does any else experience this?

Yes, OP. It is tough to find competent peole willing to do what we do.
The new role every few months is awesome. Do you really want to do the same thing over and over again? Sounds like a version of hell or definition of insanity...

@k1 can't tell if that's sarcasm 🤔
Yes. Thinking the same.
Me too.
@OP it is not. I really think it is possible but even if you make a lateral move your comp/hr will still go up
@OP that's great. I'm sure you could try to negotiate a better salary in industry now that you have the consulting experience
Yep. Getting out. Want to have more true expertise than the "fake it till you make it". That takes time.
