Is Veeva systems hiring process really so terrible? I was confirmed verbal offer 3 months ago and had multiple follow ups from them for additional info as they were preparing formal offer. Still nothing. Spent lots of time with them on interviews and case studies that I don’t feel like giving up. Do you guys think it’s even worth it to join Veeva?

I just started a new job about a month ago. I find it hard to deal with my new boss. She is very rude in her Feeback and I can’t deal. I came from a big company where I have over 15 plus years of accounting experience and implementation of financial system. I took this role as a Controller at a smaller company where they do everything manual. And it’s taking some time to get use to a new system and industry.
