Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a switch in data science and data analysis.
I have 7+ months of experience in a startup.
Designed and deployed, Planogram for one of the clients by creating an end-to-end pipeline for data loading, feature engineering, and automation through Jenkins
Successfully managed to release the "Sales forecast" project to two clients.
I'm looking for a change. Any help would be appreciated.

I am deputed at the client office. I use PSL laptop only to check mails. But in my last appraisal my manager told me that I need to get 60 credit points for promotion. But due to client work load, i won't be able to do that. So, I have resigned from PSL mentioning the same that promotion will not happen.
But my manager told me that he will try to give me a promotion in next cycle (ignoring the credit points clause). He is asking me to withdraw resign
Shall I withdraw my resign? Persistent

Hey Googlers, I’m going in for my GCP TAM second round on Monday and had a few QQs for you all:
1. For the RRK2 case study if there is a scenario for handling peak time workloads where the client did a lift & shift of a monolithic architecture, is the best suggestion to move them to micro services to enable serverless and auto scaling features?
2. I was told that they’ll give me 15 mins to prep after the case study is shared live, would you suggest I build a 1 pager or is that not required?Google

Can you please help in terms of salary, I can aim for next switch or should continue with the same company as I feel I am underpaid when I see my counterparts. I also take consideration that my skills set is average as a PM and working to match with the market requirements. Tata Consultancy Deloitte Exl Pvt Ltd EY India Accenture

hmm what firm are you with? I know most big firms are not laying off unless you are worried about performance issues
just thru friends who work at those firms. At least that’s what I’ve been told 🤷♂️

So there is a list somewhere on the bench, confirmed for a project, assigned to a project. The project is either delayed or cancelled. Usually customer is delaying for one reason or another signing the SOW meanwhile you’ve got people like the PM scheduling calls to meet some dates. Be patient, keep your options open, you should be safe while you are confirmed to a project. I survived 5 months on the bench by keeping my name off that bench list any way I could. I used all my vacation. I took small assignments for anything. You need a BA, HR person, developer, architect I’m perfect... 😂🤣

Honestly, as an associate, you are probably fine. You are a comparatively cheap resource that the firm would have had to invest in recruiting within the last 2-3 years.
If you were a senior manager, I’d be terrified.
