@A2 - good for you. PMO isn't a real skill.
Get out of consulting. Both the fact that you were at 2 firms and have been on the bench are a red flag to me that you are an under performer for this type of work.
4 years experience sitting on the bench?
(I.e. Senior Analyst in Corp Dev or Manager)
Never sell urself short, if u want a manager job, just tailor ur resume for it by showing leadership skills and apply.
I have 4 years of PMO experience and get contacted for manager positions via LinkedIn all the time
EY1 so mean. You get it PMO! As for OP if its finances you're in and you're looking at a big bank Associate to Senior Associate or those equivalent. -Doc
And being contacted for manager positions isn't the same as getting an offer. Recruiters on linkedin reach out for the most random jobs.
Senior analyst level. 4 years is not enough for mgr level. Not that you wouldn't be able to get one, but I feel like I was not ready after 4 yrs consulting for mgr yet
4 years in consulting isn't enough to get manager in a large company irrespective of a few cases here and there. Put in some more time.
What level are you OP in the firm? 5 months is a long time.
If you have an MBA, 4 years could land you a manager or even director gig depending on the role and your specific experience
SrA1 at what size company? So broad
