Been thinking about creating stronger relationships with centers of influence. Currently mine include venture capitalists, attorneys, and accountants. What motivates these people to give referrals?

At what point do you begin to feel numb (if ever) when you’re done trial and prepping for another trial in a span of 3 months, while mains full caseload of other active litigation cases? Should I be worried that I’m going from engaged and stress to numb and slightly indifferent? Or is this what it feels like to power through? I can’t gauge it anymore? And can’t impose judgment one way or another either.

I (36F) am married to another woman (34F) and we have a baby (5moF). We split all childcare, cleaning, meal prep, errands etc fairly evenly and it works well. Maybe she cooks more than I do bc she likes it, and I clean more bc I need to have a clean house. My friend (35F) recently took a business trip and literally put a binder together with instructions for her husband re: daycare drop off and pick up, what to feed the kids, when to take out the trash and so on. Bought a car today. Finance Manager tried to get me to sign the Bill of Sale without reviewing the carfax report, despite it being mandated by the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act. She ultimately gave it to me after I insisted and contrary to her initial assurance, when I looked at it myself, the car had an open recall. Do I raise the concern with OMVIC (vehicle sales regulator) or am I just pissed off and should forget it?

I'm specifically looking to optimize over cost, speed (loading for storage, processing for compute), and complexity of tools required.

If anyone has any insight/experience on which storage and compute resource they would use in this situation,

As the owner, my focus is to help FAs succeed; as a firm, our focus is on client service and helping them succeed. I can afford a small salary, but not benefits. I'm especially interested in female FAs.
