Can anyone offer some insights into the Facebook (Meta) exploratory call? I had a referral, but was not moved forward and then I got an email offering an exploratory call from an advisor (not recruiter) on the referral team. Has anyone gone through this? How do I prepare for this exploratory call?
That's not that bad depending on where you are on the East Coast. I think you should change your address to somewhere in Cali in your resume

I've never applied with the intention of relocating so I'm honestly not sure. Is there somewhere on the application you could note that you're willing to relocate? Not actually on your resume but maybe as you physically submit it or mention it to a recruiter.
There are usually sections to say if you will relocate and I always say yes. *Shrug*
Fam is a recruiter and if it’s a mid-cap to large-cap company they usually don’t mind if you need relocation. Anything smaller and they will actively ignore you to avoid relocation (outside of upper management).
