Tech Mahindra: 20 LPA(Includes 10% variable)
Cognizant: 18.7 LPA(Includes 70k variable)
YOE: 7.3 years(I know offered CTC is less but my current CTC as well is less)
Tech Stack:-
Node js, Express js
Android(Native)
Kony(MADP)
Angular/Ionic.

I'm more inclined towards Cognizant, will they renegotiate? And How much should I ask from them?

Is PwC FDD really 2 years to get to experienced associate? Recruiter is basically stonewalling my attempt to come in as an experienced hire with ~1 YOE and my CPA (wants me to come in as an associate aka a campus hire) . I get that when you jump firms, you might have to take a title downgrade, but it's confusing to me when I see people on here and elsewhere say they like got an offer as a senior associate in FDD with ~2 YOE in audit and I can't even come in as an A2.
