Limit sodium to reduce the bloat
Cut out gluten/dairy for the few days before. Works like a charm as these foods tends to increase water retention.
Eat natural and clean and stay at a calorie deficit and you'll be fine
Too much salty stuff will make you look bloated. Just stick to salads with protein, light on the dressing plus tons of water. Should be good to go :)
Too much salt could make your body retain excessive water weight. Definitely avoid that the night before
