I’m looking for ergonomic office chair recommendations. I’ve have my chair for many years; it’s uncomfortable, bolts are stripped, and most days I might as well stand.
I have a shopping list on Amazon with some top rated chairs and then there’s the Fully Capisco by Hag which I haven’t found on any lists but it sounds like a winner.
Here’s my list https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/X3D7DE01K7QX?ref_=wl_share plus the Capisco. Does anyone have experience with these or other recommendations?
Hi! I had this same issue and was getting frustrated with why things aren’t going my way. Wanted to share my introspection in case it’s helpful to you. I would generally eat healthy, but take occasional cheat days, once a week or so. I did not realize how much I was overeating on my cheat days! When I tried to estimate my calories, I could see that I was easily negating all the progress I made during the week! This was eye-opening for me, and now I make sure I don’t have entire cheat days. Maybe a cheat meal here and there but not going way over. It might be worth tracking your calories for a while because we tend to underestimate how much we eat
Maybe ur gaining more muscle mass?
Are you weighing and measuring everything you put into your mouth? Huge game changer for me as my eyes obviously don’t know portions.
Make sure your heart rate is where it should be to make sure you’re burning calories during and after your workouts. Not sure what you’re doing but you could be counterproductive if you’re not doing an intensive workout or even walking enough (pace or distance) to elevate your heart rate.
Also, try adjusting what you’re eating and get just a bit more movement. If you’re still not where you want to be maybe consult your doctor?

Eating healthy and eliminating dessert doesn’t mean you’re eating in a calorie deficit. If you’re gaining weight and your clothes don’t fit better, you’re consuming more calories than your body needs. Try getting a food scale, weighing your food and tracking everything you eat (including cooking oils, sauces, condiments, the sugar/creamer in your coffee). I bet you’ll be surprised by how many calories you’re actually eating.
